Donald is 14 1/2 and he loves sports. Donald's favorite sport is track. Donald protects his teeth and braces with a mouth guard while he plays. His nick name is lil' Don, even though he is now taller than his father! Donald is thinking about going out for the football team next year. His goal is to get the safety position. Donald has always been fast and hopes he can use his quickness to be the greatest safety ever!
Hailey loves to rock! She is in the school band because she can play a lot of different instruments. Her favorite is the guitar, even though she can't play it in the school band, her and her girlfriends like to play together. Hailey is 15 and loves the color pink, doesn't it look good on her??? Every time she changes her rubber bands she gets a different color of pink. She doesn't like them get discolored though, so she makes sure after she eats or drinks anything she brushes. If she can't brush, she rinses her mouth out with water.
Cooper is the youngest of our Smile Style kids. He is 12 and is looking forward to his next birthday when he will be an official teenager! Cooper loves his new braces and now isn't afraid to smile for the camera. This is a good thing, since Cooper wants to be an actor when he grows up. He is in all the school plays and has even been in a play held by the local community theater. Cooper knows his smile could make him famous one day so he takes extra special care of it by staying away from sodas and sugary drinks. Even when he didn't have braces, he knew that those drinks were bad for him, so why drink them?
This is Payton, she is 16 years old and loves going to school. Payton is a cheerleader, on the girl's volleyball team and is a member of the debate team. Payton loves to talk! Knowing that you never have a second chance to make a first impression, she keeps that smile stylin' and her breath fresh by brushing all the time. By brushing her tongue, Payton's breath stays smelling good so she doesn't have to worry about grossing someone out with bad breath, which would be terribly embarrassing.
Connor is the oldest of our Smile Style kids. He is 17 and a senior. Connor is very involved in school and wants to go to a great college next year so he knows he has to study hard. Connor also is involved in karate, baseball and is on the school paper. Connor had Dr. Delgado make a special mouth guard for him that fits perfectly over his braces and he wears that when he is participating in karate.
This is Anya. Anya just made 13 and is pretty happy to finally be a teenager. She will be going to high school next year and cannot wait. Anya loves to dance and sing and hopes to join the dance team and the choir when she gets to high school. Her braces have lifted her confidence sooo much, she is not afraid to perform in front of crowd anymore. She used to think that everyone was just staring at her teeth, instead of listening to her sing. But now she knows that people are hearing her!
Aiden is 14 and a freshman in high school. Its tough being a freshman, but he still enjoys school, especially lunch time! Even though it may seem silly, Aiden carries around his travel tooth brush and brushes his teeth after lunch. He doesn't want to have food around his braces when he finally works up the nerve to talk to that cute girl that sits next to him in 5th period english. Maya is 12 years old and is a straight A student. Maya is an artist and loves to paint, draw and doodle. Maya wants to be a filmmaker when she grows up and knows the importance of a great outward appearance. She is so grateful that her parents got her braces! She knows that when her braces come off and she has that perfect smile, nothing will stop her from achieving her dreams!
